In our chapter, we found that growth wasn't just about recruitment - it was about integration. We were attracting new members but losing them because they didn't feel anchored in the community. We implemented a structured engagement ladder that includes a welcome session, volunteer interest survey, and invitation to serve on a short-term task force.
We've also been more intentional about showcasing member success stories. When potential members see peers advancing into leadership roles or gaining visibility through committee service, it reinforces the tangible value of involvement. Growth in Arizona's competitive market requires clarity, intentional onboarding, and consistent follow-through.
