    Consider Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) if willing to train and help someone grow in their project management career.  It is for those with 0-3 years experience, who hold a secondary degree (HS diploma, GED), and have 23 hours of project management education. However having a CAPM certification means they automatically meet the 35 hours of project management education and training to sit for the PMP exam as they complete the 60 or 36 hours of experience with you. #retention
